Kanoo Travel—one of the divisions of The
Kanoo Group and Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group—has won “Best Travel Management
Company in the Middle East Award” and “Leading Travel Agency for restarting
COVID recovery Award” in the recently concluded Arabian Travel Awards.
The division, deemed the largest Travel
Company in the region, has been conferred with the recognitions during the
award ceremony that took place on November 1 at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel & Conference
Centre.
The Best Travel Management Company in
the Middle East Award distinguishes the most dynamic and efficient travel
company in the region, offering comprehensive and specialized services as well
as unmatched achievements that guarantee the highest levels of customer
satisfaction.
The Leading Travel Agency for restarting
COVID recovery Award, meanwhile, puts a spotlight on the travel company that
has shown the ability to overcome the recent challenges posed by COVID-19, and
continued to grow the successful business through passion, commitment, and
innovation.
With these recognitions, deemed among
the highest distinctions in the Arabian Travel Awards, Kanoo Travel has once
again raised the Kanoo brand flag high in the travel and leisure landscape—reflecting
the division’s exceptional efficiency and commitment to provide only the best
service for its partners.

Kanoo Travel is the product of Kanoo
Group’s interest in pioneering the travel industry in the region. The Group’s
interest in travel started in 1937, when the company used to provide refuelling
facilities for Imperial Airline seaplanes en route to India and Australia.
Then, in 1947, Kanoo Travel became the first IATA agency in the Gulf. And then
in 1997, it became the very first travel company in the Middle East to receive
the ISO certification.
The division eventually grew into
becoming the largest Travel Company in the region, operating in 180 IATA
locations with a large portfolio of corporate clients in the Region. It also
has a strong Global presence through its Network Partner - American Express
Travel Services and a 24-hour Regional Call Center.

Arabian Travel Awards is deemed the most
prestigious travel and hospitality award-giving body in the region, recognizing

processes by a panel of judges that are considered experts in their respective arenas
in the field.
