Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi opened the Special Olympics with the presence of Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, Defense Minister Sedki Sobhi and Minister of Sports Khalid Abdel Aziz, along with several high-level representatives from other participating countries.
