Kanoo Machinery joins Perkins in the 2018 Middle East Electricity to showcase revolutionary engines that power a myriad of applications

Kanoo Machinery is the authorised Perkins distributor in the Gulf, covering Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Yemen as part of Perkins strategy to grow and sustain 'Best in class' Distribution network
Dubai, UAE: Kanoo Machinery, a member of The Kanoo Group, exhibited alongside its principal Perkins® at the 2018 Middle East Electricity held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on 6-8 March 2018 to meet the power industry’s burgeoning demand for clean and efficient gas fuelled engines.

Perkins, one of the world’s leading providers of diesel and gas engines is a key sponsor of the recently concluded exhibition. Middle East Electricity is the region’s most important international trade event for the power industry with dedicated product sectors for power generation, transmission & distribution, lighting, solar and energy storage and management solutions.

During the show, Perkins showcased its three new engine platforms, the 7L Perkins® 1206, 9.3L 1706 and 18L 2806, which it said deliver a great uplift in power density across a comprehensive range of power nodes. This means that customers can run a smaller engine that is just as dependable as before regardless of what EP sector, power needs, emissions demands, or environmental challenges they work in, thus increasing its performance and reducing operational costs.
