Paris, France: H.A.K Industrial Chemicals LLC received an award from its principal, Lantor BV, for its outstanding performance with the highest growth worldwide in 2015 amongst distributors related to Soric range of products, during the JEC World Composites Show & Conferences held recently in Paris, France.

H.A.K Industrial Chemicals L.L.C is a member of The Kanoo Group and one of the largest suppliers of specialty chemicals & equipment, and raw materials for specific industries in the region. It represents over 25 companies in UAE and GCC in the fi­eld of composites, paints, coatings, construction chemicals, printing inks and rubber.

Lantor BV is one of H.A.K’s oldest principal in the composites sector and is a supplier of core materials used mainly in marine and construction cladding industries. The Soric range is extensively used by builders of composite yachts and boats in this region and sales are expected to grow in the future. The use of Soric is dependent on embracing the infusion process, which is becoming popular amongst new boat builders and cladding producers. Mr. Stanley Picardo, who is responsible for the composite industry including Lantor, has been instrumental in the growth of this product range.

With more than 100 countries represented, and an annual 6% growth of visits, JEC World has become the largest international show for the composite industry.
