Dubai, UAE: H.A.K Industrial Chemicals LLC, along with its main principal Chemical Partners Europe (CPE), took part in the 2016 Middle East Coatings Show (MECS) held
recently at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 14-16th March 2016. The
show brings together all global suppliers of raw materials used in paints,
coatings, construction chemicals and other allied industries.
H.A.K’s booth
displayed products from four of its main suppliers – Potters, Arabian Zinc,
Cabot and LKAB Minerals. The adjoining stand was also its principal AkzoNobel,
and next to them were Chemical Partners who also exhibited over 12 of H.A.K’s suppliers.
The three-day show was
well attended by customers from the GCC, Middle East, parts of Africa and the
sub-continent. Last year, H.A.K also exhibited in the same event. With more than 300 exhibitors, 5,000 attendees from 82
countries in 2016, more industry pioneers, thought leaders and exciting start-ups
came together for the networking opportunity.

than the quantity, it was the quality of visitors that impressed us which lead
to good technical discussions and potential new business. We have acquired two
new principals during the Show – Mondo Minerals, producer of high quality talc
used in specific applications in paints & coatings; and Dura, manufacturers
of metal driers for the same industry.”
“We keep stock of most
of the products that we deal with and supply to our customers
in the UAE, Oman, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and Pakistan”, he added.
