Kanoo Travel, a subsidiary of The Kanoo Group, and Desert Adventures Tourism, a leading Destination Management Company in the Middle East, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a new joint venture in Saudi Arabia—creating one of the most comprehensive destination service providers in the Kingdom.
The momentous signing ceremony, which took place at the Arabian Travel Market Press Conference Center on May 1, 2023, marks a historic moment for both companies as they forge a new future together. The joint venture aims to capitalize on the strengths and expertise of both organizations, redefining the travel ecosystem in the region and promoting growth.

The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both companies, including Mr. Ali Abdulla Kanoo, Deputy Chairman of YBA Kanoo Company Ltd., Mr. Fahad Kanoo, CEO of The Kanoo Group, Mr. Zaeem Gama, CEO of Kanoo Travel, Peter Payet, CEO of Desert Adventures Tourism, Salim Sikander, CFO of Desert Adventures Tourism, and Aubrey Heldt, General Manager of Kanoo Travel.
