The Kanoo Group supports Etisalat as it showcases digital solutions at Expo 2020

 

As Etisalat continues to showcase its offerings to guests and potential partners at the Expo 2020 Dubai, The Kanoo Group on 19th December 2021 visited the telecommunication group’s pavilion to check out its wide range of innovative digital solutions.

The Kanoo Group’s CEO for the UAE and Oman Fahad Kanoo, along with the executive team in the UAE, as well as the Group CTO from HQ in Bahrain, showed their support for Etisalat as the company demonstrated its state-of-the-art digital experience at the mega-event—further positioning itself as one of the smartest, fastest, and most connected sites on earth.

Dubai Expo 2020 is also Etisalat’s first commercial 5G enterprise customer in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) to access 5G services, setting the benchmark for the region and cementing the UAE’s position as a leader in technology and infrastructure.

 

Among the telecommunication company’s contributions to the mega-event include 5G mobile access network, high-speed Wi-Fi, and innovative digital solutions for Expo 2020’s international participants.

The Kanoo Group celebrates the UAE’s 50th National Day

 

Mr. Fahad Kanoo, the CEO of The Kanoo Group-UAE, led the cake-cutting ceremony.

Dubai, UAE: The Kanoo Group recently organized small celebration last November 30 in line with the country’s 50^th National Day. 

 

Observing proper precautionary measures, The Kanoo Group was able to organize small events at its main office in Bur Dubai, as well as its offices in Al Quoz & Abu Dhabi, to commemorate the country's independence for the past five decades.

This special occasion held at Dubai Main Office was graced by Ms. Maha Kanoo, General Manager - HR & Administration (UAE & Oman) as well as Mr. Fahad Kanoo, the CEO of The Kanoo Group-UAE & Oman, who led the cake-cutting ceremony.

 In the Abu Dhabi office, on the other hand, the small celebration was led by Mr. Mohamed Abdul Latif Kanoo, Deputy Chairman of The Kanoo Group.

The Kanoo Group offices were likewise adorned with miniature UAE flags and decorations to mark the special celebration, with giveaways being given to add delight to the festivities.

 

The 50^th National Day of the UAE also kicked off the last holiday break of this year, as the 1^st and 2^nd of December were declared public holidays.
