Dhabi, UAE: Mishal Kanoo, Chairman of The Kanoo Group addressed the topic, ‘Changing
face of corporate governance in the world’ as one of the panelists at the INSEAD Global Business Leaders
Conference (GBLC) held on 24th October 2016 at St. Regis Saadiyat Island
in Abu Dhabi.

The
INSEAD GBLC is a series of high-level academic and business conferences held
around the globe that discuss major
issues affecting the world and its leaders. This year’s conference theme is
“Corporate Governance in Uncertain Times”.
As one of the speakers, Mr. Mishal Kanoo together
with Mr. Mahmood H. Alkooheji, Mr. Pekka Hietala, Mr. Ludo Van der Heyden
and Dr. Adnan Soufi, reviewed the major changes in global governance - aimed to
answer the basic questions: “Is governance around the world improving? Where in
particular, and how so?”; “What are the expectations might one hold about
governance going forward?” The panel was moderated by Mr. Peter Zemsky.
